At AMR, we offer a 12 month back to base warranty on most products.
This means, if an item is within the warranty period and is no longer performing as it should, we are happy to process a warranty claim. As per our policy, the customer arranges and covers the cost to return the faulty item. Once received our team will test/review the product(s) and offer a replacement or refund.
For some brands/products, the item will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer for inspection.
This process can take 2-3 weeks however we will notify you of times frames and keep you updated throughout the process.
